Carol Fay Ellison, the woman whose famous biscuits and hard work ethic launched her from a 14-year old dishwasher at Loveless Café, onto the national stage as its famed “Biscuit Lady,” always dreamt big.

Created in the memory of her great spirit, this Fund will give annual awards to change lives by addressing issues of health and well-being, self improvement or the like. It’ll be given with the goal of helping people overcome an obstacle in their lives, which enables them to move to the next step through support of their personal development. Those honored will have embodied the character in which Carol Fay Ellison was known for - loyalty, a dedicated work ethic, glass half-full mentality and big goals.
