Our Affiliate Foundation Funds
Our Affiliate Foundation Funds are designated to support a particular geographic area, be it a county, a community or a specific region. Each affiliate is overseen by a committee of local leaders charged with educating their neighbors about creating a “charitable savings account” to benefit the community and making decisions about grant distributions based on an individual affiliate’s priorities.
Affiliates benefit from the administrative support, guidance and philanthropic expertise provided by The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee, as well as the dedication and vision of local leaders within the communities being served.
The Cheatham County Community Foundation
Established 1998
The Cheatham County Community Foundation is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for the county’s residents, through scholarships for students and support for local nonprofits.
The Community Foundation of Christian, Todd and Trigg Counties
Established 2003
The Community Foundation of Christian, Todd and Trigg Counties, in Southern Kentucky, works with donors and nonprofits to develop effective solutions to improve its communities.

The Community Foundation for Dickson County promotes the quality of life in Dickson County and serves as an endowment that will benefit the community in perpetuity.

The Community Foundation of Clarksville/Montgomery County exists to build a lasting stream of support for nonprofits improving the quality of life for all citizens in Montgomery County.
Cumberland Plateau Community Foundation
Established 1999
The Cumberland Plateau Community Foundation supports broad philanthropic purposes within the Cumberland Plateau, Tennessee area. It is the goal of this Fund to ensure that charitable needs and organizations of the Cumberland Plateau are endowed for the benefit of future generations.
