Two Old Hippies, Bedell Guitars, The Music Trades and NAMM present John Oates, Gary Morris, Drake White and The Little Kids Rock student band. The free party features live music, a silent auction and free food buffet.
Two Old Hippies, Bedell Guitars, Music Trades and NAMM are pleased to present A Celebration of Music, an evening party for NAMM attendees to kick off Summer NAMM with lots of music, food and industry friends.
The party will be held at Events on Third, located in Nashville’s historic Printer’s Alley on Wednesday, July 11. Food and drinks will be available throughout the evening and the event will feature a performance in the round by John Oates, Gary Morris, Drake White and more of Nashville’s finest. The Little Kids Rock student band will give a special performance as well. The Nashville’s Alternators will jam the night away to music of the 60’s and 70’s. Admission is free and will include a free buffet with cash bar. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
A Celebrity Silent Auction will be held on the top floor with proceeds helping the Two Old Hippies Fund of The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee support Little Kids Rock, a nonprofit that provides music instrucition for public school students who have been left behind due to budget cuts.
"I'm excited to be hosting the event in conjunction with NAMM," said Tom Bedell, owner of Two Old Hippies and Bedell Guitars. "It's the perfect time to hold an event that celebrates music and the industry and supports putting music back in our public schools."
