The Women's Fund Forum
Human Sex Trafficking in Tennessee
Wednesday, November 07, 2012
9:00 am – 11:00 am
First Amendment Center
1207 18th Ave. South, Nashville
The Women’s Fund Forum is an educational event focused on human sex trafficking in the state of Tennessee. To date, sex trafficking among minors is the No. 2 crime in the U.S. and is projected to be No. 1 by 2013.
Six knowledgeable individuals have been invited by The Women’s Fund of The Community Foundation to lead the forum, to help create greater awareness among Middle Tennesseans, and to foster conversation about proactively tackling this problem. The Women’s Fund Forum is aimed at figuring out together how our community can take steps to improve the lives of girls and women across our state, and help stop sex trafficking.
Registration is now closed– This event is at capacity. If you would like to be added to a waiting list to attend The Women's Fund Forum, please contact Liza Lentz, by email, or at 615-321-4939.
