Attendees of the 12th Annual Cumberland Ball gathered at the Clarksville Country Club, Saturday, May 14, 2011, to raise funds for The Cheatham County Community Foundation Scholarship Fund and celebrate 10 years of awarding scholarships, totaling more than $60,000, to Cheatham County students pursuing an education. The evening began with a cocktail reception and silent auction, and after dinner, the crowd enjoyed entertainment from the band “Just In Time.” The Cheatham County Community Foundation, an affiliate fund of The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee, is committed to investing in education for local residents.
The board of directors of The Cheatham County Community Foundation extends its appreciation to the sponsors, donors, patrons, and guests who were responsible for the success of the 2011 Cumberland Ball and its contributions to the Scholarship Fund.
