The DCI is the major fundraiser for The Community Foundation for Dickson County (CFDC), an affiliate fund of The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee. Annual grants from the CFDC Fund support nonprofit organizations in the Dickson County area that provide assistance to individuals and families during times of need. Since 2002, the CFDC has awarded 146 grants totaling $362,000.
